This course is designed to equip educators, administrators, and those involved in managing projects within educational settings with essential skills in project and people management. Participants will learn how to effectively manage educational projects from conception to completion, while simultaneously mastering the art of managing diverse teams. It is ideal for professionals overseeing Erasmus+ projects, school collaborations, or any educational initiatives requiring strong leadership and project management skills. The training combines practical project management tools with human-centered leadership strategies, ensuring that participants leave with skills they can immediately apply in their schools and organizations, while also gaining opportunities to learn, exchange experiences, and build international networks in a professional, practice-oriented environment.

*It includes full training, Orientation Walk with a Local Guide (optional, complimentary, after course and not counted in course hours), coffee breaks, course materials, and all administrative support (Learning Agreements, Europass, Certificates, etc.).

Objectives:

  • Develop strong project management skills for educational settings, confidently planning and coordinating projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and motivate diverse teams with inclusive leadership practices, examining team dynamics to identify strengths and areas for improvement in collaboration and communication.
  • Communicate effectively and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • Use digital tools to support planning and teamwork while integrating sustainability and innovation into project design.Evaluate project impact and disseminate results successfully, critically evaluating leadership approaches and project outcomes, drawing lessons for their own practice.
  • Support colleagues’ growth through coaching and mentoring.
  • Build international peer networks for ongoing collaboration.
  • Design and present a realistic project plan that incorporates inclusive leadership, effective digital tools, and sustainable practices.
