In this course, we will look at a number of critical areas essential for the development of an experienced teacher. The course is based on the Eaquals Teacher Development Framework, which provides a clear step by step journey in the development of the required teacher competencies. This course is suitable for teachers who have at least
5 years’ experience. We will incorporate a range of reflective exercises so some experience is essential.
10 lessons course + afternoon programme per week
The aim of this course is to encourage critical reflection on key teacher competencies and create self-development pathways towards professional growth. This course will hope to afford teachers the opportunity to reflect upon this practice and experience and seek to create logical bridges in competency.
