Participants will learn how to control and lower stress levels, which will enhance their general health and daily interactions with coworkers and pupils (by using communication strategies to prevent early school dropouts). Participants will build up trust, and develop managing techniques to use for the organization.

22,5 hours per week

Course Objectives:

• Decrease stress levels, and develop abilities to manage emotions within the classroom.
• Ameliorate interpersonal relationships.
• Detect negative beliefs and change it into positive ones.
• Establish new tools within the classroom to reduce early school leaving.
