This course looks at the key components necessary to be a successful manager in an academic institution. We will
focus on the practical elements of school management from the rudimentary elements of administration to academic and people management. The course focuses on key management competencies as outlined by a number of
accreditation and training documents.
25 hours course + afternoon programme per week.
This course is suitable not only for education managers currently employed in an academic setting but also for those who are looking to move into that area in the future. This course is for those interested in education management in several different settings, from higher education, to further education, right the way through primary and secondary schools.
