The English as a medium of instruction for HE lecturers course is designed to assist educators who work in tertiary level education and deliver their subject in English. This course is suitable for Academic, lecturers and post- doctoral researchers working in Higher Education who are required to teach their subjects through the medium of English.
10 lessons course + afternoon programme per week
The course will provide an overview of EMI and explore some of the concepts surrounding its main principles. You will implement these principles into some of your own materials and practice delivering these in small groups with the support and guidance of your tutor. You will work on some lesson materials personalized to your own teaching context which will be presented at the end of the week.
