In an age where screens, apps, and notifications define much of our
daily rhythm, balancing technology use with well-being has
become essential. This course empowers educators to cultivate
digital balance, emotional intelligence, and resilience in themselves
and their learners. It supports schools in aligning with European
priorities for inclusion, digital transformation, and mental health by
offering practical, human-centered approaches to technology use.

Through hands-on workshops, reflection, and creative exploration,
participants will discover strategies to promote mindfulness,
empathy, and healthy digital habits. They’ll learn how to model
digital wellness, design meaningful offline experiences, and support
students in developing critical awareness of their digital lives.

*It includes full training, Orientation Walk with a Local Guide (optional, complimentary, after course and not counted in course hours), coffee breaks, course materials, and all administrative support (Learning Agreements, Europass, Certificates, etc.).

Objectives:

  • Recognize the relationship between digital
    technology, mental health, and social well-
    being.

    Develop practical strategies to manage screen
    time, stress, and digital overload in education.

    Support students in building self-awareness,
    empathy, and responsible online behavior.

    Design classroom practices that balance
    online and offline experiences for sustainable
    learning.

    Foster social and emotional learning (SEL) to
    enhance communication, belonging, and
    collaboration.

    Promote mindfulness, reflection, and
    emotional regulation in digital and non-digital
    environments.

    Strengthen professional resilience and work-
    life balance in the digital age.

    Collaborate with European peers to exchange
    tools, practices, and well-being approaches.
